Beijing Jiapeng Machinery Co.Ltd is specilizing in manufacture and export composite material auto parts, mainly truck /van body parts,such as front bumpers, front panels,footsteps, corner covers.Besides truck/van body parts, we also produce commercial van composite leaf springs, which is a new technology of leaf spring. Composite leaf spring is much lighter than steel leaf spring, and is about 20%-30% weight of steel spring. Thus it can reduce the weight of the car effectively, and lead to less oil consuption and enviroment friendly.
Comparing with the steel leaf spring, the composite leaf spring also has advantages of longer fatigue life, rust-proof, much safer and more comfortable for drivers.
